Engine bonnet Disassembly/assembly of engine bonnet Caution: 
It is dangerous to remove the engine bonnet without 
the support, because the engine bonnet may drop down to hurt you. 
When dismounting, two persons at least shall work together. 
1.Remove the windshield washer hose; 
2.Prior to remove the engine bonnet hinge, undo the front fender first; 
3.Prior to remove the engine bonnet lock, undo the radiator grille first;  
4.Dismount as indicated in the following Table; 
5.The installation is in the reverse order with the removal; 
6.Adjust the engine bonnet after installation. 

Front fender  
Disassembly/assembly of fender 
1.Disconnect the negative cable of battery. 
2.Remove the front steering indicating light (See Part T-External Lighting System );  
3.Remove the front combined headlight (See Part T-External Lighting System );  
4.Remove the front bumper;  
5.Remove the mudguard;  
6.Remove as indicated in the Table below;  
The installation is in the reverse order with the removal. 

Doors 
Disassembly/assembly of front doors 
7.Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 
8.Remove the hinge bolts of front doors and dismantle the connection of front hinge; 
9.Remove the front doors limiter bolt and dismantle the connection of limiter; 
10.Dismount as indicated in the following Table; 
11.The installation is in the reverse order with the removal; 
12.Adjustment of front doors (See-Adjustment of the front doors)  

Disassembly/assembly of rear doors  
1.Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 
2.Remove the hinge bolt of rear door and dismantle the connection of front hinge; 
3.Remove the limiter bolt of rear door and dismantle the limiter connection; 
4.Dismount as indicated in the following Table; 
5.The installation is in the reverse order with the removal; 
6.Adjust the rear doors (See-Adjustment of Front Doors); 

Check of the main switch of window regulator  
At the driver side 
Attention: Pins 1A (1M), 1B, 1C (1K), 1D, 1J and 1L correspond to the occupant side or the rear row. 
1. Remove the main switch of power window (See-Disassembly/Assembly of Main Switch of Power Window); 
2. Connect the main switch plug of power window;  
3. Measure the pin voltage of power window main switch listed in the following table; 
4. Disconnect the main switch plug of power window, and then check the continuity of pins 1H, 2B and 2C; 
5. If non-conform to the specified range, check the components listed under the column “Check Positions” and the wiring harnesses, to which they are connected; 
6. If the components and their wiring harnesses are all in order, but the system does not work properly, replace the main switch of power window.
